Account Deletion — NextCatch

Last Updated: October 23, 2026

Short version: You can request deletion of your NextCatch account and account-linked raid data by emailing Borrowed Fire LLC. Include only the email address used to sign in. Do not post account emails publicly.

What Gets Deleted

When an account deletion request is processed, Borrowed Fire LLC deletes or anonymizes account-linked data used by NextCatch, including your authentication profile, trainer name, trainer code, trainer team and level, notification tokens, raid room participation records, post-raid feedback, and reliability stats where deletion is permitted. This also includes your subscription and free trial record (trial end date, product, store, original transaction ID and renewal status), your billing reminder records, your premium feature usage counts (widgets, premium themes and Raid queue priority), and your saved Pokémon, scanned recognition text and name corrections from My Pokémon imports. Deleting your account in the app also removes your saved screenshots from that device. Backups made by Apple or Google, or stored on your computer, may still contain them. Manage a computer backup on that computer.

What May Remain

Borrowed Fire LLC may keep minimal operational records when necessary for fraud prevention, security, financial records, legal compliance, or debugging aggregated systems. These records are limited to what is reasonably necessary. Purchase records held by Apple, Google Play and RevenueCat are outside NextCatch’s database, and deleting a NextCatch account does not delete them.

How To Request Deletion

  1. Email admin@borrowedfire.com from the account email used with NextCatch.
  2. Use the subject line: NextCatch account deletion request.
  3. Include whether you used iOS, Android, or both.

Borrowed Fire LLC will verify the request and process deletion as soon as reasonably possible.

Subscriptions

Deleting a NextCatch account does not automatically cancel an active App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel subscriptions through the store account that manages the purchase. The same applies to a free trial: deleting your account does not cancel it, and NextCatch stops sending billing reminders for it, so cancel in your store account before the trial ends if you do not want it to renew.
